We all are accustomed to the rich and savory taste of “good” food. I myself love soul food and fried foods. That’s what I grew up on, so yeah of course I love spices and savory sauces. Think about a baby that only has breast milk as their first and only food for a while. That breast milk is packed with nutrients and vitamins sufficient enough for that baby to live and grow strong. Once the baby reaches a certain age where the body is able to break down solids we introduce it to more nutritious foods, never adding spices, gravy or sugar.

Being realistic, yes we will experiment with different foods to know what it is that we like to eat exactly, Consciously lets begin to open and change our minds to better health and treat our bodies like newborn babies and give it the best nutrients possible so that we may live long healthy lives.
