How You Feel Matters

Vibration Proceeds Manifestation

Have you ever heard that you can manifest your reality, or that you are in control? It’s very true that you are the creator of your reality in this world we live in. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, (HEB. 11:1) In order to align your life with your expectations of life you have to believe that this life is what you make it to be. Vibration proceeds manifestation, means you have to feel good about your beliefs so that they may enter your life easily and quickly. How you feel matters because feeling good has no resistance.

We are living in a time of technology and material gain, so much so that anyone can get paid for advertising a product on the internet. When things go “viral” there is lots of influence going on and it could be distorting the way we think. Have you ever watched a celebrity promote an item and all of a sudden that item is very popular? In our minds it makes us believe we have to have that product also and we do everything we can to get it and make that product our reality. When we finally receive the product in our hands it feels good for the moment, but when you figure out you have no use for it we store it away and pile it on top of other popular things we continue to purchase. All these things are for temporary happiness. We are accustomed to make purchases like this to mask true feelings of what we really want. We don’t know what we want because the mind has never been free enough to think about it.

Imagine no TV for a week, no radio, no social media. Imagine waking up to a clean environment. Imagine being able to wake up and eat something that you love, that taste really good and is very filling. Imagine being eager for the day and feeling blessed to see another day. If you can imagine doing this, and these things sound very pleasing to you, lets learn how to feel good and manifest a good life.

The first step to manifesting is to believe you have the power to do so. When you believe that life can be good and can be easy you automatically work towards making it that way. It takes work to reprogram your mind and let go of all resistance.

The second step is to let others be themselves. This step may be the hardest step of them all because we assume we have to take responsibility for other peoples actions. You are only a reflection of yourself and what you have learned growing up. You take those bits and pieces of information and make a life out of them, only you, noone else. I have a quote on my site that could not be more true.. “When somebody provokes your anger, the only reason you get angry is because you’re holding on to how you think something is supposed to be. You are denying how it is. Then you see its the expectations of your own mind that is creating your own hell. When you get frustrated because something isn’t the way you thought it would be, examine the way you thought, not just the thing that frustrates you. You’ll see that alot of your emotional suffering is created by your models of how you think the universe should be and your inability to allow it to be as it is. -Ram Dass

The third step is to pay attention to your thoughts and change them as you go. Do away with negative thoughts and replace them with happy and positive thoughts. We can’t stop negative things from happening to us but we can control how we react to chaos and disappointment. We can train ourselves to look at a brighter side of things.

The fourth step is to quiet your mind. Removing the clutter from your mind on a daily basis is very important. Thoughts are inevitable so in order to control them and become one with ourselves we need a break. Thoughts can create a resistance to how we really want our day to go. Once you quiet your mind in stillness you relieve the brain and body of stress. You release all resistance and let peace take control. Learn how to focus on your breaths and the well being of your brain and the rest of the organs of the body. You can reference meditation in a previous post here: Meditation and its Health Benefits

Taking time out for yourself and really understanding that you can create your own reality by the way you feel is the greatest gift you can give to yourself. I received this gift and I feel its my duty to share with you the meaning of true faith. We hear the word faith all of the time but most of us can’t really comprehend what faith really is. Faith starts with you. Knowing that your existence is vibrational is the key to opening up doors to manifest anything you want.

I have created a daily checklist to help you get started on your journey. Make the points on the checklist a daily habit for at least 30 days. During this time you should find enough clarity to start to form your own daily habits. Take your time and create your own inner peace.
