CLEAN EATING BREAKFAST RECIPE PROTEIN PANCAKES MADE EASY

Breakfast is usually NOT my most important meal of the day. When I rise in the mornings I usually drink some aloe juice and water and maybe grab a piece of fruit. When we think of breakfast we think of sugary pastries fried meats or anything yummy, sweet and totally bad for us. Not anymore, this post will lure you into making a clean eating breakfast recipe with protein pancakes. Eliminate all of the “unknown” by making these delicious light pancakes from scratch.

Yes we are still allowed to eat good food, lets just make it clean. Living a healthier lifestyle starts with what we believe in our minds and ends with what we put in our bodies. Lets live the best life possible and make delicious food. Mornings would start off great with Clean Eating Breakfast Recipe Protein pancakes. Enjoy!

What you will need:

*Blender (recommended)

Mixing bowl

Wire whisk

Measuring spoons

Measuring cup

Non stick skillet

* A blender is recommended to finely chop the oats in the recipe.

Ingredients:

Oats – 1/2 Cup

Cottage Cheese – 1/2 Cup

Egg Whites – 6 medium

Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp

Vanilla Extract – 1/4 tsp

Blend all ingredients together. Pour half cup portions into non stick skillet. Cook pancakes for 60 seconds on each side. Top with your favorite fruit or syrup. Yumm..
